The entire hotel smells like mildew. Walked into our hotel room that smelled even worse. Stains on couch and our when I moved the lamp in the room, concrete fell all onto the floor. I asked the front desk who worked on Saturday morning (7/22) and asked that they cleaned the room while my family was gone pretty much all day, but she ignored the request and our room was not cleaned up when we returned. Lady in the front at nights is cool, and she deserves a better workplace though. Hotel is under renovation which was not stated on the website which would have kept me from getting. Room here in the first place had I known beforehand. Breakfast was mediocre and partly cold. They even ran out of syrup when a large crowd was ready for waffles. I will never recommend this place.

The rooms were fine, limited amenities (vending machines, breakfast bar). We had left some items in the room and Tiffany was very helpful guiding us through the process of recovering them. Very Much appreciated.

Hotel was run down. Had to body slam the room door to get it to open. Couch was frayed and appeared dirty. Sink faucets leaked and flooded counter. Bath tub had an insert that was uneven and cracked. Coffee was weak and juice seemed to be watered down. Staff was friendly and professional. Beds were clean and comfortable.

We arrived at the hotel just in time to check-in. Tiffany was outstanding!- She was very attentive and courteous. We felt at home right away. The room was fine, and I had no troubles at all. I recommend this place but make sure you get to know Tiffany; she is cool.

This hotel is nasty. My coworker is sitting here with a completely swollen face due to some kind of mold/dust allergy. There is thick dust everywhere, floors dirty, it smells, broken things and shotty construction everywhere. We found uncapped wires hanging out of the wall, an old coke left next to the bed, hairs all over and under the sheets. It’s one of the grossest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The only silver lining is the manager and front desk gal that are really friendly, but that’s about the only thing positive I can say.
